I’ve been an @ATT customer 20+ years and unlike most other major brands, the customer service experience at AT&T has gotten WORSE with the advent of digital. It’s so frustrating. Not that they’re rude but the head doesn’t know what the tail is doing. Like … ever.

Hour 52 of no internet. @ATT still says there’s no outage, but at least they’re sending a technician out today. The funny thing is that I have had zero internet issues for the last year, but the day my internet died is also the day my 1-year contract with AT&T ended.

Okay, I called @comcastbusiness via my mobile earlier,they said service should be restored by 11:03pm. It's now nearly 12:50am, still no service. Is it any wonder I'm longing for @att fiber in my neighborhood?? I have a project I'm trying to complete,!

@ATT Gentle reminder: I was promised my cut lines would be fixed in 24 hours and it’s now going on 67 hours with no service. Your customer service dept give fake empathy and nobody is actually listening. It’s almost like a giant corporation doesn’t care. 🙄

@hjgroff @ATT I had Comcast/Xfinity for probably 20+ years and it was moderately reliable. The problem was the huge price increases vs the speed and quality of what they offered. I mean… 12 megs up? 😱and did I mention the price increases once your promo bundle is done?
